What is your next step?
Some people comes to a point in life where is in a lost of what to do. And he says that to himself, "I feel so lost and don't know which path to walk.. Every way you think of seems like the wrong one...."
I too also don't know what i want to do in future.. Everytime people ask me what i want to be in future, and i will start to think.."Oh yea... "Which career path is the most suitable and ideal for me?"
When i was younger, I wanted to be:
-pilot
-soldier in NS
-sniper
-doctor
-professional soccer player in MAN UTD(impossible)
-Professional skater hmmm
now?
-i will start to think... Cause seriously,i have no idea...
But one day, i accidentally stumbled across this book by Paulo Coelho called "The Alchemist". Written in simple and good english, but yet convey a perfect message.

The writer wrote this interesting story perfectly. And from what i understood in this story, i begin to know that life is actually very simple. Everyone's journey in life consists of a one golden dream. And sometimes we think that these dreams were foolish and would never come true.
And yes, some dreams may be too farfectched, but if you follow the simplest of hints around you. You take certain events or happenings as an opportunity along the way, and you follow the hints throughout your journey; Whether is a pleasant happening or an extremely bitter happening.
Take a along with you as an opportunity towards your dream, never give up your dream halfway because there is only one golden dream in your life.. And finally you will realise that what you have gone through is worth it...
But it seems that the mistakes that most people made is that they give up their dreams along the way, thinking of negative thoughts like "I don't think that finding a good paying job is easy because i do not have a degree... " or "Its really a foolish dream of becoming a professional soccer player while i am in Singapore... "
Well, Steve Jobs got sacked by the company he initially started up because of a downturn in company value.. Could you imagine how big that setback was to him.. But he followed through his dream that he would once again bring up Apple.. And yes he did, now that Apple is up there in the market.. What would happen if Steve Jobs gave up on Apple and thought that it was impossible to get Apple back up on its feet......
Follow your golden dream and treat each step as an opportunity...

Kelong trip
Went with my friend Joson to this kelong trip with his family to get away from the boring everyday life in the office.
And i can tell you, it was fantastic. I never enjoyed fishing so much like i do. And the good thing about this trip is that you don't have to worry about anything except fishing. Meals are provided 3 times a day. Bed is prepared for you to sleep on. Bait is available in their freezers. Ice is provided as well. Everything is perfect for you to fish.
We rented a boat out at night to further waters to fish. And it was absolutely great. The first fish caught was the biggest ever. Weighing 4-7kg, we had to lift it up waters by a net. Night fishing is damn relaxing and fun. Just love it..
